TransChart provides a multi-faceted customer care approach that allows for most issues to be resolved without requiring input from the hospital’s IT department, thus streamlining the support effort.

Continuous Customer Training

The needs of our transplant customers are continually changing, so our software is continually changing as well.  We help you stay well trained through continuing education, both through monthly webinars and a recurring training plan, customized for each transplant program. 


Our staff includes professionals who have worked in transplant  and had used TransChart in their programs. They can "talk the talk" because they have "walked the walk."
